Did you know young sunflowers track the sun across the sky every single day, turning from east to west, before facing permanently east once fully mature?

A sunflower isn’t actually a single flower. The dark center is made up of thousands of individual tiny blossoms (called disk florets) that mature into seeds, while the yellow petals on the outside are individual “ray florets.”

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, stepdads, and grandads celebrating today. Father’s Day can bring up a lot of reflection, especially for those of us whose dads are no longer with us. Losing my dad suddenly and unexpectedly four years ago taught me a profound lesson that sits at the very heart of what I believe, to have pure acceptance and love for who somebody truly is.

Feeling very grateful for how funny and genuine a person my dad was, I wished we would of have more time together.

On one our daily walks, today it was a stroll in the park and a trip to the library. I always try to bring a roller out with me, today’s was Clarity roller ball—it’s a little ritual that helps me reset and refocus.

This blend is thoughtfully made to help clear the mind, lift the mood, and bring you back to centre:
🌿 Peppermint – for a cool, refreshing boost to awaken the senses
🍋 Lemon – energising and bright, perfect for mental focus and clarity
🌱 Rosemary – known as the “memory herb”, great for concentration and alertness
🌟 Benzoin – warm, grounding and comforting, to soothe emotional tension and add depth to the blend
